Trying to get back into the swing of writing and I have a little idea I would like to develop.

I'm interested in starting a Roman Imperial era role play centering around a Roman legionary commander, perhaps someone of the imperial family, or merely a senator who is trusted by the ruling imperial family.

Anyway, the plot is largely concerned with occult rites and religious beliefs in the eastern empire, probably Zaroastrian, though I am, honestly, not at all well-versed on that particular religion (I intend to do a bit of reading up before the thread begins proper).

Anyway, the plot will revolve around the legion commander's encounters with an exotic and mysterious priestess from this bizarre and outlandish (to roman eyes) faith. I don't want to give too much away, but the thread will be centred on occult rituals, other-wordly forces and the legionary commander's attempts to claim the imperial throne for himself with the help of this priestess

Whether the priestess seduces him, or if she is submissive to His will, is a matter open for debate, though I would love a bit of interesting interplay between the two, is the priestess submitting to him to guide his path deliberately?

Okay so once again I'm starting yet another thread, but since my last inuyasha thread was when I was a newbie, I didn't think to add a whole bunch of detail.

Summary: Kagome returns to the fuedal era one last time before she marries Hojo. What she didn't realize is that Naraku has gotten ahold of the shikon jewel after Kaede died. In returning to the fuedal era, she must take the place or Lady Kaede until she can find a replacement priest.

So basically, this story will of course have adventure. There is NO Kikyo, so don't try and use her as your character. There are a couple of catches to this storyline: Inuyasha has found a way to make himself a full demon, and I want one of the bad guys like Naraku or Sesshomaru to have some kind of lustful feeling for Kagome, whether it be romantic or just pure lust, your choice. This does not limit the other men from lusting for her as well. There can be other characters that you have made up as part of this rp, and shippo has to be at least 18.

While I advised that characters are open as a couple of suggestions...married mother(husband npc will answer the door and take the kids for a walk for a couple of hours) or an up herself executive who just wants to get this out of the way.

Thought of an interesting little plot for a story possibility. I am looking for a woman willing to play someone who is willing to take risks. She wants to be normal, leave her destiny behind and have the option of being human.

This story will be about two people of a race created by some kind of higher being. A Millenia ago, they were referred to Angels and then close to a hundred years ago, they were thought of as witches. Now, the race is called a child's dream, a super hero. This woman will have no recollection of who she is. She can simply remember the last 50 some years. Yet she does not age.

She does what any person would do, saves people and obviously drawing a lot of attention to her. Which is where my character comes in. He sees her from almost half a state away. Realizing, she isn't dead. Though he knows if he comes near her, that he will not only effect her life substantially but everything she knows would come to an end, along with her powers. Which is why he has stayed away for so long but seeing her wills him to her once more, for the hundredth time over 2500 years. They were meant to be together.

If anyone has heard of this scenario already being played out, well its based off a movie. Although, I'm not leaking out the name to ruin the movie. I have twisted the story around and give it to the female willing to take the role as the confused, courageous and truth seeking woman with a majority of powers that any man would wish for: flying, super strength, speed, invincibility.

Anyone interested? BTW, this takes place in any big city in the US. We can decide on that later. All I am looking for now is the woman willing to try the part out.

The male character is one of the country's top industrialists, is a loner, not out of his free will but just because he lost everyone he ever loved. He prefers to keep to himself, and often comes of as a hard ass. Life turns around 180 degrees after a traffic accident in which he causes the death of the parents of two children; in a very unusual court verdict, the judge decides that he has to look after the orphans.

The orphans hate him for causing their parents' death and want revenge. The children do not want to live with a man they hate and they go ahead to make it quite evident. Their life together is very unhappy, one day they pray to God for help, and helps them. He sends Melodie--his most mischievous, childlike, lovable angel to the rescue, with a mission to bring the man and the kids together as a family.

Melodie bursts into the man's house as the self-proclaimed new nanny.

Pretty straight forward, and tres cliche. =] If anyone is interested in this plot, please PM me, and we can work everything out. I want someone who can post atleast a paragraph per post and doesn't take control of my character.

Story: A man set on starting his quest of revenge; revenge in return for his three closest friends' betrayal. He had planned everything, he had gained ultimate wealth so he could reach to his final twisted goal. As he started his quest by returning to the harsh world after years of planning and waiting, the real world had welcomed him back and made him an instant favorite as he became 'The Count'. Fate had led him to the ever so naive yet innocently beautiful daughter of one of the families he had targeted. Then he decided, he would use her as his tool to catalyst his process of taking on revenge on the three families, but firstly.. He needed to obtain her; body and mind, and perhaps her heart as well. The young maiden, in return, find herself captivated by the mysterious man and couldn't help herself but perhaps submit to him so willingly and wasn't aware of the ill-intentions of his.
