Have you ever seen the movie "White Noise"? My thread "Unknown Horrors For An Unlucky Young Widow" is based upon the generic idea that spirits can communicate to the living through white noise (like the static of a TV).
So far in the thread, the sweet innocent widow Chantal is trying to communicate with her late husband but hasn't been so successful. However, she had met some nasty spirits, including a wicked spirit named Mary-Beth who likes to steal her body. Of course Mary-Beth likes to do naughty things for which Chantal will get blamed.

Old School British Soldiers/Sailors
I have a thread Over the Horizon that is stalled because one party (the 18th-century British sailors and mercenaries) seems to have left the building. It's a good thread and I hate to see it fade away because a couple key players vanished on me.
The character types I'm looking for are old-school sailors and British soldiers...civilized veneer, but underneath looking to conquer new lands and plant the Union Jack...and, along the way, plant some British cock in native pussy as well. Rampant sex will run alongside a deep, engaging plot here, and the characters will have the opportunity to grow along the way.
And I also am relaunching Truck Stop at the End of the World which is a modern story with apocalyptic and interracial overtones.

Ambrosia flows and Calliope's music floats throughout the halls of Olympus. The Greek gods and goddesses, languishing about the palace, pass the time in their usual fashion: meddling in the affairs of mortals--and each other's. But there is a disturbance, a potential shift in power in the works, and many of the gods are nervous. They are now busily scheming to grab a little more power, a little more tribute from the mortals who worship them and provide them with such vast entertainment.
The King of Crete has died and with him his unpopular dedication to Zeus. The neighboring island of Siros, confident in their blessings by their own patron goddess, Hera, are now sailing towards Crete to absorb the rich city of Heraklion as part of their own island kingdom. The Heraklions are scattered and disorganized, each community not only possessing its own skilled militia, but also illegal temples to one patron god or another to whom the people are furtively praying.
What will the gods do? Will they allow Hera to claim the mortals of Crete as well, increasing her popularity and power? How will Zeus fight to keep what little support on the island he has? Or will someone else swoop in, taking advantage of the chaos, and establish a new foothold?
The Olympic Desires thread is looking for mortals, either on Crete or for the attacking Siros forces. The Cretan throne is empty, a Zeus-inspired hurricane is bearing down on the Sirosan navy, and the gods are vying for power, as usual. Plenty of parts for good writers who want to move a story along:

The storyline is called Zero Down, and it takes place in the same story universe as my Over the Horizon thread. In fact, characters from the threads will likely interact.
The basis of the story is the crew of a Japanese bomber begin caught in a mysterious storm, and transported to a distant land with dark and mysterious people. But meeting the natives (and, if the characters are typical Japanese soldiers of the era, having their way with at least some native women) is only the beginning...for there is a whole new land to conquer...or be conquered by...
