Was banned for so many reasons for many years but I've found it. The most depressing yet poignant film EVER made. I can't say enjoy, but please watch. It will effect you for the rest of your life:

You're right, never seen it before. The British film imo is even more brutal (if that's possible) but both tremendously powerful cautionary scenarios.
