Thread Killers... not so anonymous

Still have sick kids, and my very own low-grade fever. They love me and bring me gifts like that. I was awake at 530, now I want a nap. :(

Oh, you make house calls, do you?
I'm going to cuddle on the couch and watch Netflix or Disney movies.

I rated the Your a PITA attack from my PT this morning. Since she's the Clinical Supervisor there and said it in front of the whole waiting room full of patients & staff... I called & turned her ass into the QA Director.

Polite & professional she is not.
So I rated a BITCH title today & that will be Ms. Bitch to her.

You'd think by this point with all the regs and rules in place that a clinical supervisor would know bette.

What's the 'your a PITA' attack?

What's the 'your a PITA' attack?

Apparently I am a pain in the ass because I took the time to ask for a PT that will work with me, has multiple injury experience and understand that with 6 new tendons & more damage that there are just some things I have no business doing. She cut me off anytime I even tried to explain what the soft tissue disease I have effects me. Sorry but diseases like MS, CP, Fibro, and even what I have effect people differently in different stages. All in all what I went in to ask about getting with a caring PT to avoid this crap is how I got this crap again.

Miss Thang the Clinical Supervisor lost her shit & jumped me verbally in the front waiting room yesterday because I told her I wasn't happy about the eval. She seriously half assed it, didn't listen to anything I told her but fluff stuff and refused to work with me. She even had me laying on a hard table to do some of the stuff which isn't something I should be doing. With the torn up back muscles now fused with arthritis I can't lay flat like that with out issues getting up & then back spasms later. Did she listen or care no. She accused me of being non-compliant and trouble.

I called the QA Director & let her know the other Supervisor (nice lady whose been there 13 years) was trying to get the issues fixed... but they needed to know that this was NOT ACCEPTABLE behavior from a clinical Supervisor let alone anyone else that worked there professionally. and as serious as they are on customer service & treating patient right... little miss thang may get demoted or at least written up. If she had caught any of her staff doing it they probably would have been fired

Ohhhh, Pain in the Ass... I get it.

Sometimes I wonder what these people are thinking to start talking like that in a room full of other patients. I wonder if the other patients realise they could be in the same position you were in one day.

I hope you're doing better today.

She knew but didn't care.
If I hadn't had as much PT & evals as I have had then she wouldn't have gotten caught half assing my eval.
As it was it took 3 times to get it into her head that I have 2 new Achilles tendons.
not 1 done 2 times, is it the right or the left. Seriously 3 freaking times.
How hard is it to understand I have 2 new ones... they BOTH are new.

All the patients & staff that were there were shocked at her mouth.
As it was once The other supervisor handled things I still called the QA Director.
AND I also called Humana once I got home. We had better not be charged for yesterday &
honestly the eval needs to be redone properly.
I'm beginning to thing that she was pissed to be doing an eval like that work was beneath her.
