Sometimes it isn't the actual content of the thread that gets it removed, it's the idea that the thread can plant in someone's head. That thread had the words "12 year old whore" in the title. It's the same premise as someone using the word nigger only to explain to someone else not to use the word. For some people, the fact that the word was being discouraged from use doesn't matter, all they can see is that the word was used. Period. Laurel may have removed the thread due to someone in that same frame of mind complaining about it, or she may have felt that way herself and decided since it is her fucking forum, she can remove whatever garbage she bloody well wants to.

No matter what the reason was, Laurel and/or Manu have the right to remove whatever the hell they want from their own site. You have the right to bitch about it, or to leave the site. Everything is working as intended. Carry on.
