Their seasons run about three/four weeks later than ours, hence why they think summer starts on what we would consider a midsummer's day, 22 June. The old Brythonic start of summer around 6 May got absorbed into the Celtic tradition of 1 May, whereas the MetOffice like the convenience and regularity of calendar months, so they go with 1 June.
 
Harvest Festival has never really been fixed here, but most celebrations that survive are between the 2nd Sunday in September and the 1st Sunday in October.
