Thread and writer appreciation thread

Well I did it. I sat down and read ALL of Bridezilla by Homerun2611 and Teazme.

Bridezilla

That thing was like an endurance test. Why, just why! Did I make that be the first long(over 100 posts), ongoing SRP by other writers that I read in full. There was not one single post in that entire thread that wasn't sexually intense in someway. Just none stop, start to end, beyond hard core, sexy. You have to read the thing in small parts if you ever want to get through it.

Besides for how over the top it was(and over the top in a very, very good way. I loved this thing!) what I found really actually kind of cool here is how well the two writers fit one another writing styles. They were ridiculously close in style to one another to the point where it all felt like the same writer and then while I was reading it I noticed the posting dates. This story was paused for months before it started being written again. And after the writers came back the exact same writing style was used.

That's like, crazy impressive. Like, really crazy impressive. Anyone, given enough time and dedication, can write a well detailed, smart, story, BUT this was a bit more impressive then that. This was not a smart or well detailed story, but what it was, was two writing partners being on 110% the same page in everything they wanted to say and do. Which is oddly really charming. :rose:

So, do not read this thing if you do not want to be turned on to the point of breaking! But if you have a LOT of free time this is a good read on here.

I’ve been reading Hello, You May Call Me Bella, and I’m really enjoying it. It’s very well-written from both writers, but the combination of pure naïveté and shameless, blunt frankness from the android is so funny and sexy. Check it out!

Hello,

I haven't been around a lot lately but I thought I'd throw this one into the ring. It's one of my favorites to write.

Written by myself and Unholypimphand; also he's been super patient with my disappearing acts so he deserves an award for just that.

Also, Real Life also written with UnholyPimphand. He's so creative it blows my mind!

Well shit, I found it. This thread needs a dust off - I wanna share my good reads again and others need to share theirs (they could in my thread but people aren't inclined to do that when my name is on it, can't imagine why - I'm super friendly!)
On principal, I'll never share a thread I'm actually writing, I only share the others that I'm reading.
So here's a copy paste cause I will not write a better recommendation than I did the first time.

A Sequence of Unwelcome Encounters - LitShark and princesssexci

I want to preface this little review with a disclaimer: this thread is disgusting, depraved, nasty, filthy, dirty, fucked up and monstrous.

Of course, that's why I love it.

Based on A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket, this is by far one of the best written fandom style threads I've ever read. I was a mega fan of the books in my teen years, I collected all of them. I've read them all. My sister even bought the complete works of Letters to Beatrice to boot. So I know Snicket's style backwards and forwards and this thread is excellent at emulating that style and maintaining authenticity despite including a level of sexual depravity that I aspire to.

Both writers are synced really well (this is for your information, kind reader, not mine cause I've been reading them both for over 15 years), they could literally be the same person in how well they've collaborated here. This thread would definitely make my top 5 favourite reads of all time on Lit with ease. I spent days reading it voraciously (I think my husband would both thank and berate Sharky and Princess cause it got him ridiculous amounts of action this past week, I've worn him out).

I love the invention and attention to detail in every aspect and the story line. They've managed to give each sex scene (and there are soooo many, I can go for a long time but even I think such activity at certain stages might put me in a sexual coma) a uniqueness, each one is different and there's a lot of humiliation which I appreciate immensely cause usually I have to be the one writing it to get that fix.

My favourite part (to date) is definitely Violet's brainwashing scene. But this thread ticks a lot of boxes for me and combines many of my favourite kinks and themes (not to leave out one of my favourite stories - I find fandom hard to get into at the best of times, because it can be a slaughter, so that says a lot).

The posts are lengthy, I'm a really fast but thorough reader and this took me several days but it was worth every second. I'd encourage you to read it but you might not come out as pure as you are now, friend. I'd do Lemony a disservice to tell you otherwise.

Heed the warnings: don't read it. Don't continue beyond this point.

And if you do: PM me cause this club needs freaks like you.

The Life He Never Saw Coming - The_gladiator and Nina327

So we're at the kick off here and I knew the female character would be fierce when I saw Nina was the writer (cause she's a smackdown, take no prisoners kind of woman through and through - adore her). But I've really enjoyed the flirting and the funny flawed shitfuck moments, good dialogue has me all day, everyday. Love it.

Still waiting for the title to make sense and wondering where this werewolf part is gonna come into play but keen to read along and see how this goes. Gave me a few laughs so far, that's a win in my book already. Glad (gladiator) meets his co writers post for post and isn't shy of imagination so I love the mix of these two, love to see what they do with this.
