Thoughts on breast implants...

I'm still pretty much in a happy place with my breast size right now, other than wishing they had their pre-pregnancy shape back. But since Hubby and I are trying to get me pregnant again, I am concerned about what may happen after. Several women I know say the second pregnancy was harder on their bodies, and my second will be six years after the first. I am concerned that combination of age, gravity, and the pregnancy will not be kind to me. So, I may consider a lift and a cup size increase (with gummy implants -- my FWB has them, and they are nice looking, both bare and under clothes) after all is said and done. Of course, that could just be from my anxiety about what second pregnancy might do to me.

My first wife had small breasts and I loved them! My second wife has breast implants, but not huge, and I love them as well. I'm not a "huge breasts" guy, so anything between small and not huge is fine with me. It's all a matter of how comfortable and confident she feels with herself. I don't have a small or huge cock, but she expresses a great desire to play with it and that gives me the confidence to feel good about myself and give her a good time in bed!

Say no to implants. They look nice but feel awful. Nothing wrong with post preggo pancake titties.

It is awesome your hubby is letting you make the decision. It sounds to me like you are trying to just keep what you have / had and although I like natural breasts, you do you! I wouldn't be opposed if you were my significant other.

The problem was she had a lot of loose skin and honestly, she felt unattractive in the nude. So a quick tuck and some 300+ CCs tucked back in there to put her Ds back where they were and she loves them.

Ya, they feel different. Don't care. She's happy, I'm happy.

Honestly, it's your body, your choice. But since you're asking for opinions, I love tiny breasts. I think they are incredibly sexy, but... I also love fake perky implants. I wouldn't go crazy big, but there's nothing wrong with drawing a bit of attention to yourself.

Agreed on not going crazy big. I've seen women my size (5 foot nothing and thin) with really big implants, and that look is not for me. If I do ever decide to go the implant route, I'm guessing a cup size is the most I'd do.

My wife's augmentation put back what childbirth took: she went from B+ before kids, to A- (or as she would say, "A-flat") after kids, to C at first, which settled back to B+ over the years.

I have a close friend whose ex-wife was stick thin and flat as a board. She went for C+ high profile saline after the kids were born. They were large for her frame, but not ridiculous.

After their divorce, she used settlement money to swap the saline implants out for silicone DD's. She was about 5'5", maybe 110 pounds, rail thin (like size 00, with maybe a 32 inch chest) with huge porn star boobs. If you looked at her from the back, you could see the sides of her breasts because they were wider than her rib cage.

I am posting this as a case study on the role of hubris in cosmetic surgery. It sounds like you have your ego well under control. I'm sure what you elect to do will work well for you.

With your second pregnancy, you may end up with bigger boobs anyway. But I think that age, gravity, and childbirth will shape your body into just another kind of sexy. I wouldn't worry about it.

This may be in the wrong forum, but it probably works as well as any other.

I am a small breasted woman who from time to time seriously thinks about implants, and right now is one of those times. How small am I, you ask? I am going to resort to the "cup" size description, even though it is wildly inaccurate as cup size is a relative function of band size, not an absolute measure, and my actual cup size for my band size is different than the generic cup size scale most people use to discuss breast size rather than bra sizing (by the way, the cup size scale most people use to discuss size appears to be based on the 34 or 36 band sizes). Anyhoo, let's say I'm bigger than an 'A' and smaller than a full 'B'. Or we could say less than a handful. For me to achieve any real cleavage requires a torture device bra (although to be fair, I tried one on a few weeks back that was not very torturous and gave me about two cup size increase in appearance as well as some actual cleavage -- I almost bought that one). Thus, from time to time, I ponder implants. I would never go really big, but maybe a cup size and a half to get me to a full generic 'C'. And the fullness is as important as the size for me.

So, what are some thoughts on breast implants? Do you like women with them? Do you think they are disfigurements? Do you think they feel weird or off-putting (the ones I have felt were... different -- not off-putting to me, but it would take some getting used to; to be fair, it was just feeling -- I was not intimate with any of the women whose augmented breasts I have felt)?

If you have implants, do you like them? did they desensitize your breasts/nipples? Would you do it again knowing what you know? How large did you go and would you do that different?
