But does he make funny faces whilst he spews thin spunk? Pr0n actors of all purported genders, sure -- they're paid for over-the-top expressions. Contort, grimace, shiver/spasm, show fangs, whatever is in the script. But civilians? Don't expect more than drool and fatigue/collapse, and more post-orgasm snores than cuddles.

As long as you feel it is true to life

It's easy to imagine a kind of guy that has to always make some involuntary reaction or sound. But then there is probably the opposite of that type of man that always knows when he is close, and so can control himself. Or maybe sex in public isn't that big of a turn on for him and makes him nervous, or any other variables. Anyway, I don't think there's a wrong way to write that sort of thing.

Sounds like an interesting story , when you mentioned first date reminded me of the first time I met my current wife. We had talked on the phone a couple of times (19 yrs ago) and finally wanted to meet. We met in a Pancake House parking lot . Wasn't exactly public though there were cars coming and going. She ended up going down on me with my hand down the back of her jeans . Make a face ? Sound only if someone was watching !
