What The Hell Are Ya Gonna Wear To The Gathering?

Are Ya Gonna Buy A Whole New Outfit, Or Wear Something Ya Already Have?
It's Not As Though Any Of Us Have Seen Each Others Threads:)

Are Ya Gonna Get Spiffed All Up, Go Groovy Or Wild Like?

Does Anyone Do Magic? LOL

I'm Thinking Blue Tint Hair And My Holy Jeans With An RNAB T-Shirt:)

Perhaps Something More Dressy?

I will make whatever I wear, if I go..

Something exotic, yet demure, and well..... simply perfect. :)

That outfit on your lil dancing girl AV is perfect

:p

(actually, I don't own anything dressier than that, so that's what yyou get. I ain't goin' out ta buy new duds just for you people.)

Nothing but the best.

Twinkie Gear of course!

Probably just my normal everyday clothes.

If I go I'll probably just go in my regular clothes. But in the nicer stuff that I have. And I'm going to have to wear my jacket, of course. I'm always wearing that damn thing. Even during the summer.

I think that outfit on the left in Weird Harold's picture would be just perfect for Vegas.

What to wear, what to wear....

Well, clothes are normally a good start....

Hmmm.....Suit, tie, dress pants, and black shoes.

That, or a t-shirt and Jeans.

Decisions, decisions....

A come as youa re party? -- NOT!

I was going to suggest it be a come as you are party, but I don't want to get anyone arrested for going into a casino naked. :p

I'm going in my Weird Harold costume.

Just try and pick the real WH!

Hey, a theme party! Everyone come dressed as Weird Harold!

Has anyone noticed that all those signs about shoes and shirts being required:

None of them say anything about pants!

I will be dressed most likely as myself.

Spider-Man cap, some sort of Rock band on my shirt, a brand new pair of jeans, and my old, paint covered boots.

Or I'll go all out, and get some really nice clothes.

Not sure yet. One thing I do know though, if you see spidey on someones head, its me. The cap goes everywhere.

haha great question!!!

I was actually wondering the same thing but thought it may be too early to ask the question!! :D

i was considering dressing like i usually do when i go to the clubs.. tight knit pants that flair at the bottom, probally my black leather high heeled boots (since it'll be cool in oct) and a trendy lil blouse that will show off a lil bit of tummy...

i think what ever anyone wears it should accentuate their personality, right?

also.. i was considering... I have a tight white lil t-shirt that has "savage kitten" printed across the top that my sis made for me when we went to this "chat show" that was aired live on Virtual Places chat... but :( ... i dunno what kinda of bottoms to wear with it unless jeans.... i guess it depends on how dressy i wanna be that day/night *shrugs*

Just got done talking to Ravenloft about this.....

Me and him, and Xander and the others, if we can talk them into it, are gonna get some shirts made. (Thanks for the idea Savage Kitten).

Personalized shirts, but shirts none the less.

Now, dont think I'm wierd or anything like that, I just thought it was a good idea is all, sheesh. :D

kewl! what kinda shirts tho? hane's cotton t-shirts? muscle shirts? those lil see-thru fish net shirts??? huh?? Huh? or maybe those silky, flashy, button up the front shirts??? hmmmmmmmmm

hey guys.. seriously tho... it doesn't have to be expensive.. you can do it yourself... and you don't even have to be crafty or artistic... just get ya some kewl fonts and make stencils of it... use a washable marker to trace the letters.. then paint with fabric paint... depending on the kinda shirt you use it shouldn't cost ya more than $10 a shirt

Savage Kitten sparked a thought (don't worry, it wasn't big enough to set off the smoke detector or sprinkler system.)

Anyone who owns a color printer and an iron can make a t-shirt to suit the occasion. Transfer paper is available that will work in almost any printer and almost any photo processing paper can "Flip" a picture to produce the reverse image. (my printer driver can also print things in reverse for T-Shirt Transfers.)

Transfer paper will work on any cotton shirt. It doesn't need to be a T-Shirt.

You might talk me into a name tag, but other than at races, I don't wear t-shirts, or any clothing with writing on it. I will be dressed like an intimidating bitch, because that's how I dress. :)

A note to others going to Las Vegas:

We're planning on basing your nametags on your avatars so people will have something recogniseable to connect to your posts.

You might consider choosing an avatar now that you won't mind be seen wearing in public and keep the same avatar until after the meeting. The longer you keep the same avatar, the more people will "recognise" you.

(Animated avatars are fine with me, I'll just pick a frame that's representative.)

I can do dress up or casual but prefer casual.

Like Val, most of the time I'm wearing a ball cap of some sort but did plan to leave that in my room for the get to-gether.

Maybe something casual Friday night and something a little fancier on Saturday night?

WH, no offense, but I really have no desire to choose an avatar. I like the t-shirt idea.

I won't decide what to wear until about a week before we leave. Most likely will bring jeans and a little dressy dress for one night.
