What exactly is wrong with paying someone to perform a service for you?
It is wrong to bypass the lines at a commercial enterprise by paying a guide?

Explain why the lines at Disneyland and Disneyworld are sacred rituals which cannot be bypassed by enterprising individuals.

What you propose to do is illegal whether you think so or not.

No, it is not illegal. If Disney policy allows a handicapped person to bring up to six guests to the fast track entrance - it is just exploiting the policy in order to make a buck.

We have no laws about waiting in queue at amusement parks and theme parks other than the basic civil codes which forbid fighting and such (disorderly conduct).

Any enforcement will have to come from Disney - perhaps limiting the disabled access to pre-registered family or friends of the disabled, or by completely eliminating special entrances for the disabled.

Disney offers the same kind of service for people willing to pay them $300-400 an hour, so it obviously is not illegal, unless you believe competition with Disney is illegal. Disney could obviously make their own case and throw people using this method of bypassing their 'fast track' system out of the park, or even seek civil damages against them, but few courts would look favourably at a multi-billion dollar business empire suing a disabled person and the people she calls 'friends' for a day.

Funny that they call the OP article Mother "100% despicable" when for another thousand she could be a virtuous Fast Tracker.

I think he's whining because the families didn't pay the Disney Corporation the extra money to purchase the tickets that allow people to go quickly through the lines/queues. That makes him ANTI-small business.
