Question I have is this….
I used to live in a thong before I had my son. After I gave birth well I wasn’t in a thong let’s just say….
Well he is 10 now, and I am getting ready for summer, and I have often contemplated this issue, for many years. I would very much like to hear from others around the world on the subject as well as from American’s. I know we in the USA tend to be more uptight about these sorts of things, for the most part.

My opinion is while I wouldn’t take my son to a nude beach (it is my own hang up here I am aware of that) but I personally don’t have a problem with the thong on the beach….But I do wonder how another parent might feel.

What’s your opinion? We’d like to know…….

My son would have an absolute cow if I wore a thong in public. I wouldn't let him see me in thong undies around the house, so the same applies for a thong bathing suit at the beach.

But that's just me.

I see what you mean, but I still think if you hide smething from kids, they are going to think it's all the more dirty - and they are going to want it more. There's nothing wrong with wearing a thong where appropriate so why make kids think that it's wrong? They are going to go crazy with it as soon as you turn your back.

I wouldn't let my ten year old child wear a thong so I wouldn't want to expose them to that by wearing one myself. For the same reason I do not stroll around the house naked, and expect everyone else in the house to be wearing something if they are not either in the shower or in their room with the door closed.

Our close friends have kids and thong as well but we never wear them around them. Not sure it's right

D(.)(.)----------- Yes but I feel the same way as her. I wore thongs and went nude on many beaches, textile or not when I could. We also went to many nudist resorts.
We've never ever taken our kids. Still until each was around ten I did go topless in front of them. They still remembered sucking my boobies so they didn't even seem to notice.
The main reason I'd quit around the kids then were they would bring friends home. I never thought that was right.
Hubby still gets upset at bike events and nude areas when other adults bring kids.

My thong days are over.........
