It's kind of been one thing after another for me, and I'm just waiting and hoping for something to break my way. Today was very emotionally difficult, finding out things that I didn't want to know about and wish hadn't happened, so I just walked out of work and went home. The music on my drive home was very loud, and I could feel the wind from the speakers in my car move my pant legs.
Eight hours later and I'm still bummed out by my day, my year, and my life in general. I can't play any more loud music today, and I'm not sure what I can do to try to lift my spirits.
Anyone have any ideas? What do you do when you're feeling drained and surrounded by bullshit you don't want to deal with anymore?
