This sounds almost to good to be true... is it?

I recently visited a website that advertises software that will let you copy any DVD disc (movie or data) onto a single CD-R. This sounds far too good to be true and I was wondering if anybody else has ever seen or heard of this product. It's called DVD Squeeze (www.dvdsqueeze.com) and there is another very similer product made by 321stutios (www.321studios.com).

Any feedback would be great.
