sometimes you need to clear all your cookies and such and try a different browser.

To add a little context independently of anything related to poster number two, the OP posted the same message a week ago, and I for one, and you in this thread, wasted a little time trying to help them.

There was no “thank you” or “I tried that” or description of their computer, browser, presence of browser add-ons, presence of vpn, and the more I think of it, the presence of parental controls on their computer or router.

Perhaps if other readers see the topic it might help them. As far as the OP goes though, there are good uses of time and there are bad uses of time.
