The people of these churches show what Christianity is all about in my opinion. Banding together and helping the community. I read this in my local paper today and felt proud to be connected with the church and wanted to share it with folks.
What really stood out to me was the words of the Church of England Vicar:
"We offer our full support to worshippers at the mosque at this time of distress for them. Faith communities must stand together. What all major religions share is a belief that human life is a precious gift from God and that violence must not be allowed to shatter innocent lives. Now is the time for people of good will to stand together in solidarity."
