Nothing like Sirhugs original post other than the title but here’s my idea from it.

Essentially a phone sex story.
Hubby away on business but rings home to ask how his wife's day went. She tells him that the old pool guy left so she had to hire a new one named Alex or Sam or some non gender specific name.
She very deliberately plays the pronoun game i.e. they did this, we did that, Alex's hands did this etc. keeping it deliberately vague enough that both the hubby and the reader have to make up their own mind if Alex is a guy or a girl.
Sam had an arse that I couldn't help but nibble at ... Sam's bellybutton was just begging to have a tequila shot taken out of it, so I did ... yadda yadda yadda finish with Sam eating/fingering her into a quivering mess as the person on the other end climaxes.

Write it well or ambiguously enough and you could leave some doubt as to who rang who, leaving the reader to fill in the blanks. i.e. was the wife out on business or the husband? Did the author say that the caller and callee where MF? Or FF? or MM? Meaning that if the Sam character was female that would make this story …

Or you could tie it off with the caller saying ‘Thanks for that but I really should get back to closing this deal so we can afford a place with a pool.’ or ‘Remind me again why we need a pool guy when there’s no water in there due to this drought?”
