Indeed I did have a house sitter whose house I've watched a few time, and I told them to log in and post one up while we were flying back to the States. I've gotten a few PMs from a few concerned Lit friends - those on the smart side of the tracks (which means they're opposite from you, Phrodeau) - and they've known all is well.

But as usual you manage to be off the mark about the real big things. Like when you accuse me of lying, without checking up on the facts first:

Why am I waiting for my nickname to be changed instead of pulling a Cap'n Amatrixca? Therein lies a certain amount of... unpleasantries. It is because I know that someone is BOUND to accuse someone new of being me and then accuse me of trying to run away from my reputation. I'm thinking of people like YOU, Vetteman. We stayed in the Hilton and only ventured out of its sight three times, briefly. There was a dust storm over there - and while the "harmattan" (dust storm) was chokingly thick, it wasn't one of their more major dust storms. A major African dust storm can cross the Atlantic Ocean, I bullshit you not.
