You'll like it! And if you don't, you never know. Remember I could always taunt you with leftover meatloaf sandwiches. I made one for someone today by doing these things:

- caramelizing half a yellow onion with brown sugar and red wine vinegar
- placing thin slices of Gouda on rye bread, topping them with the onions
- grilling a leftover chunk of meatloaf until crusty, along with the bacon it was wrapped in
- completing the sandwich by grilling it until the cheese was gooey and everything was awesome
- I win at sandwiches

I'm making bacon and bean soup, though, so it's okay. With the best bacon I've ever had in my life ever. So. Ha.










I want a bacon-wrapped meatloaf sandwich. :(

I'm actually jealous about this. I just made some soup but I wish it had been bean soup. :mad: I'll make one after Easter with the ol' ham bone.
