Niri, that picture is more appropriate than you know. Before coming to Lit, I role played on Yahoo with my friend. Annisthyrienne, or Thyri as she is called, was my main character that I loved to play. I incorporated so much of myself into her personality that it only seemed fitting to 'be her' when I came here.

In the game we played, Thyri's best friend and her first lover was a woman shape shifter who changed to wolf form. Her name was Tetyanna. Their friendship and love was destined to be a sad story. Tetyanna could not share Thyri's love when Thyri married her prince husband. In her naivete, Thyri thought they all three could be together, one happy family. But Tetyanna realized that the pressures of ruling a kingdom would take Thyri away from her eventually.

In the end, Tetyanna managed to have a happy ending though. She met a spellcaster who knew how to make an exact duplicate of Thyri, sort of a fantasy version of a clone. The clone had no memory of anything when she awoke, and Tetyanna was able to provide her with all their backstory of a life together. Meanwhile, Thyri was returned to her prince husband, to rule the kingdom with him.

So I have a sort of affinity with wolven kind. It just seems natural. I'm not exactly a member of the pack, but just about the next closest ally I guess.

Hehe, and to think I only meant it as a show of friendship and to show that I, as a member of 'the pack' will always be there for someone close to my heart. :)

I sincerely appreciate that. I meant my response only as an explanation as to why I seem attracted to the wolven ones on Lit: you, Luna, Logan back when he was here. Those who identify with wolves often have those characteristics in their personalities; loyalty to those they consider their own, courage, caring....qualities I admire greatly.
