Before this administration ends, almost everybody in the country below the 1% level is going to be in some way harmed or inconvenienced by all these spending cuts and staffing cuts.

I really hope you're right. With over 200 electoral votes' worth of states having long since been convinced that government can't do anything right and probably doesn't even want to, something really drastic had to happen to set the record straight. Here's hoping this is drastic enough.

Even 1%ers will be harmed, if they have rare diseases about which nobody can afford to do medical research any more.
