I had no confidence, I coulda been diagnoses with social anxiety if they would have had such a thing back then. I hid under baggy clothes and long bangs. I *was* brainy, but I really didn't know it. I didn't 'get' the rules of the game (I was the original 'clueless' lol)

It took me a long time to find my strenghts. The phrase 'ugly duckling' comes to mind, although I suppose 'later bloomer' would be kinder.
