I'm not surprised at the LW barbs, I'm surprised at what they ding. Much of what I know to be Gospel some readers are certain is implausible and other-worldly.

Incest is one of those animals that are neither fish nor fowl. Parked between two sisters this week, I was aware that one is a hot female, and the other is my sexless sibling. One is virgin canvas, the other is unclaimed baggage. So incest does happen when there is no history between the relatives. Don't know about doc-in-a-box centers, but kidlet sprained an ankle and the invoice charged $500 for the boot (not covered by insurance). I called the medical director and called bullshit! That I wasn't paying that much and shame on him! He knocked off $400 to match the local medical supply store.

No worries. Sorry my friend is a classic feminist rather than a postmodern feminist such as I. He won't allow for the playful and ironic use of negative terms and has turned down a job which involved speaking the words in a recording rather than compromise on his principles.

Now I better go and make tea for my builders before heading off on the school run. Luckily not all the biscuits in the tin seem to taste of builder (roll-up cigarette smoke and dust), just the iced party rings, so I can still take some along for my students on Saturday.
