What are your pros and cons of being the third wheel with a married couple?

My last situation (mfm) was mostly tag team, where her hub and I took turns pleasuring her. Eventually he wanted me to see her one on one.

One pro was everyone understood their role and wasn't trying to change another's situation. Another pro was meeting at their home.
One con was trying to make 3 schedules work out. Another was trying to be patient when it wasn't your turn.

I can't recall any cons. Most of the married couples I've been involved with included my wife but there were a few that were just the two of them and me. One was a younger couple, younger than me. He just liked to watch. Two other couples in my experience were older. The husbands had erectile disfunction and asked me to fuck their wives while they watched. I never felt an ounce of discomfort but was flattered to be chosen for the honor.
