Received notification from the library that I have an overdue book. I know that I turned it in either on 6/12 or the due date of 6/20 and absolutely no later. In my life, I've only had one overdue book and that occured during my move into this place back in February. Guess I'll add clearing this up to my to-do list today.

i had afterschool detention for an overdue book in HS. lol. currently i have a copy of "the executioner's song" from a library that i don't even remember going to. one of these days i have to mail that thing back to them.

This last Thursday night my son and I stopped at Larry's to get some subs, since I never want to cook supper after Taekwondo, and I went into Rowe's to get some coffee since we had run out. Well, we also needed milk, so I went to Dairy first, and they had Bluebell on sale for $2.99 a carton, so naturally I had to get some, and then I got the milk, so I got to the coffee aisle last...and THEY DIDN'T HAVE COMMUNITY COFFEE! Coffee was the main reason I even went in there, the Bluebell was a stroke of good luck...I ended up getting Luzianne so I shouldn't leave coffeeless.

So when I got home I looked for their Website so I could complain and they don't have one. Huh? This is a big grocery chain. Publix has a website, and moreover, if I write to complain about something, I get a personal call from someone who tries to fix the matter.

On a more positive note (I know, wrong thread) my schizoid coworker announced that she was leaving at the end of August. In a way this is not-so-good news, as the company will probably end up dragging their feet when it comes time to replace her, but right now I am so relieved that I'll have her and her vapors out of my hair that I am literally counting down the days.
