and sometimes with the most amazing results.
I must admit it has left me, rather indifferent, Its a
"so what" attitude, mixed with "hey if it happens it happens"
and that dreadful need has gone.. Now maybe Im so screwed up
and I dont know it....but i dont hurt... and I am happy.

I have learned that losing an online friend to death, is almost as devastating as a real life death. I just found out on Friday, that a dear friend of mine, who I had lost contact with had been killed. Reason for his disappearance. And it has just made me realize, that my online friends, are truly a part of my family. So I am holding them close to me in a BIG HUG!!! But it also brought back an old friend that I had lost contact with also. And that is a good thing.

I am raising my glass to my dearly departed friend. May he truly rest in peace now. And know that his friends loved him and that he will truly be missed!!!

Thanks sweetie...wish I could blame Lit..but it wasn't that. Actually I'm here because of him...he told me about this really cool place and I just kinda followed him here.
And yes, those are the questions....I just never figured it would hurt this much at 43..hell, it didn't hurt this bad at 17!!!
Maybe if it was just "one of those things" it would have been easier to handle..but it wasn't.
And I have seen alot of those people that you speak of...right in here..and they are my "rock" right now. Thanks for the encouragement!!..*hugs*

I have learned that pain is always present for most of us, although we tend to hide it behind many different facades be it our self or our friends .. those who know us best are those who have taken away pieces of our heart be it a friend or lover
until we let go of the past we cant have a future
sometimes the pain we see when we look inside keeps us from moving forward into the time that's meant for us each of us needs others in our life to make us complete no one is an Island deserted and lonely we all need others to make us whole and livable so to my friends and yes family as some of you are that close to me, I give you my kindest smile, my greatest hug, and the warmth of my friendship, know your not alone, and all things will pass with time if you only forgive and let it fade into yesterday!
