Ohhh Jack - good t hread...what have I learned here. hmmmmm..some good and unfortunately alot bad.

I've learned that some people here who call you their friends stab you in the back and lie. I've learned that no matter what keep things to yourself and don't trust. It's truly sad that some people here have to be like that. I hope it makes them happy because they have crushed me.

Silk hon...I know exactly how you feel.....and sometimes you need to back up and take a break from it all for a while. But when you are away remember that for every asshole there are at least 100 wonderful people. If you let the asshole get to you, they have won......I know you don't want that.

That i'm only a victim if i choose to be a victim
and when i decided to no longer be the victim
the abusers lost their power over me.

i make my own decisions and forge my own destiny...my future is in my hands...not theirs...they cannot crush me or destroy me because i do not choose to allow that!

I have learned that you cant sweat the small stuff cause it will drive you nuts.......and that sometimes people come into your life for a reason......then leave suddenly cause their work is done in your life..........

I learned that sometimes people help you get ready for the ONE.........yet they dont understand what they did or how they did it.........but to those I thank you even though you dont think I was right making the decisions, I did....but you helped me follow the right path by showing me things I never saw........or heard

I have also learned that life is short........it slips away if your not careful.........it gets taken away if your not careful either........cherish every moment cause if you blink it can be gone......just some of the things I have learned............

I have learned that someone who calls themselves your friend, is not necessasrily a friend. They are a friend, as long as you do what they want and say what they want. I have found this true from many folks online. A friend is a friend, through the good and bad times. They may differ with you, but still remain a friend. Let's all look over what has been said and done to us. And find a way to keep that friendship, that most of us value. Don't jump to conclusions or assume anything. ASK!!! I have lost many dear friends in Lit. They are still there, but the so called friendship is gone. So today, I ask all of you who might read this...to stop, take a moment, think of your friends in Lit, the old, the new, the ones yet to be, ask yourself...Have I been a true friend?...Did I do all I could to keep the friendship?...How can I bring that friendship back? Let the healing and forgiveness start today!

For those of you that I have hurt or upset, today I BEG you to forgive me. Some are gone for good, but will remain in my heart.

For those of you, who have stood by me through some tough times, I would like to THANK YOU and send you my love.

This sunrise was was shared with me, by a very dear friend. I hope he doesn't mind that I share it with you. Let's all look at it and begin a new and wonderful life.

i certainly can't be defined by my past...i f***ed it up too bad to even consider being defined by it...but at the same time the one who loves me now is in love with the person i am after experiencing all that i've experienced...
and likewise for me to him...
