First, of course you need daily exercise. Let's put that at 1 hour.
Make sure to drink plenty of water.
Eat right - nutritionally. With cooking that should be 2 hours per day.
Now let's talk about hair care.
First, you need to shampoo daily and probably condition - depending on hair a few times weekly. Then, maybe we should do the deep conditioning with shea butter or whatever once a week. Don't forget, about once every few months you can do mud mask for your hair. None of this includes styling your hair at all and all the products used to aid in this.
Let's move past the hair to the simple skin on your face. You definitely need to use a cleanser. Additional products include exfoliating gel, a toner, and then moisturizer. Dont' forget to use a mask at least twice a week. Then you can also do things such as revitalizing cream for your eyes. Firming cream for your neck. Hydration treatments. The list goes on and on.
Then let's get past this to your body. You need exfoliating scrub. But many recommend doing a pre shower treatment of hydration before you ever put on the scrub. Then you exfoliate. After you've done all this get in the shower. In the shower you use another type of shower gel or whatever. Then you get out. When you get out, you should use some type of moisturizer. Depending on what you want you can rub different types of creams on your tits on your stomach the cellulite shit on your thighs - and of course general lotion.
Now moving on to hands. Don't forget to keep those nails and cuticles hydrated. Plus we want those nails to be thick and hard and to grow straight. You should make sure to put a coat on a week to keep the nails firm. Make sure you use a cuticle lotion as well as basic hand lotion. Maybe once a week or twice a month do a little mask for your hands.
Now foot care. Well, always use special foot lotion and foot scrub. Keep that filing board handy in the event you develop a callous or a rough spot. You can also do the masks for your feet.
Shaving - you have to keep your legs and pits shaved at all times. Don't forget to magic. Wouldn't want any of those ugly public hairs growing out in the open.
I haven't even started with makeup, nail polish, toe polish, curling your hair, drying your hair, doing whatever to your hair.
This is fucking exhausting. Why the fuck have we placed these standards upon ourselves???????????????????????
That was intentional. I'm fucking baffled.
