Much to the lefts dismay M'arica was founded largely on the concept of letting individual people keep their traditions, religion, rights, private property and engage in the pursuit of ones happiness.

Kinda hard to want to get rid of all that among many other traditional American norms, support everything that is the opposite, such as collectivism over individuality and equity over liberty while claiming you love America.

Call it "Progress" all you want but people who love the USA don't want to shit can everything that makes the USA the USA....that's what people who hate the USA do.

How much the cost of living is vs the minimum wage is irrelevant, minimum wage isn't supposed to provide the baller lifestyle, but the minimum.

If you want to make more make yourself more marketable than the unskilled labor through experience/qualifications, or produce more of and or a more valuable product/service. Not rocket science.

I don't know where you're from and where else you've been, but I'm an American who has lived overseas for most of the past fifteen years and I have NEVER been mistreated in any way for it. Besides, all the stuff the rest of the world supposedly hates about us? It exists everywhere. The only real difference is the USA tends to dump out all its problems on the couch of the world for all to see.
