They Had a Dream

As they should be...

Are you under the idea that is LadyVer fails to vote Democrat the party of "safe, legal and rare" abortions, that magically the Supreme court is going to flip Roe V Wade? That abortions from Day 1 are going to be outlawed?

A rather transparent attempt at passive-aggressive "let's you and her fight" foolishness. Garbage Can does it much better than you, perhaps he can give you tips.

The pro-abortion lobby is about easing restrictions on those very issues or preventing what any restrictions in the areas LadyVer called "sane regulations".

That's an outright falsehood. Having successfully essentially banned any and all third trimester abortions (fuck what a doctor thinks, right?) the anti-abortion lobby is now going after the first trimester abortions, with "shaming rods", "mandatory videos/Christian counseling", excessive wait times and excessive clinic regulation (i.e. hospital admitting privleges for minor medical procedures).

You have implied that no fetus is a person, so, I guess it's clear who has the extremist position.
I'm implying nothing of the sort. That's you assigning me a position and criticizing me for "my" position. It's a common technique used by the whackadoodle right here.

If you want to know my position on abortion, click here. I document my position on the six relevant questions regarding abortion.

If you're man enough, and I seriously doubt you are, you can answer those six short questions as well. I routinely make this challenge to you TrueBelievers.

So you validate everything I said.

You also need to understand that unlike query, whom I can follow, I am no longer willing to dumb things down for shallow thinkers who can only frame the discussion in their terms, which tend to be plastic in nature; easily prone to follow the consensus because it's not about anything other than how peer perception affects self-esteem. I no longer worry abut having peers, just truth.

And to that, there is no such thing as morality in any of my arguments, only basic (natural) rights, the three pillars of Liberalism (oft besmirched by the Socialists as Capitalism even as they adopt the title, Liberal, for themselves). When you try to make a moral argument for denying another person its natural rights, then you opt for the rule of man over law, or even worse, the passion of the mob over the reason if the individual.
