I thought I would start giving opinions? Why? I don't know. Take it or leave it. Join in if you want.

First topic: Jelly in sqeezable bottles.

It's a good idea to put ketchup and barbaque sauce in a sqeezabe bottle because when you tip them upside down they eventually run to the opening. Jelly not so much. It works well for awhile but then you get a separation and jelly stays where it can't be squeezed out.

Maybe a big syringe instead.

I like crunchy peanut butter and look upon people who claim to prefer creamy/smooth peanut butter with suspicion.

In my opinion:

- Small cars with good gas mileage are preferable to monster gas guzzlers, no matter how cool they might look.

- Country music should never be played in the workplace. The genre is sad and depressing for the most part which kills motivation and productivity. I'll never understand the appeal.

- Venus fly traps are cool.

- Everyone should take at least a few minutes a day to meditate.

- Winter needs to go away. I've seen enough snow and ice to last me a lifetime.

So there!

Oh my gosh, we need to unite for the furtherment (yes, I looked it up and furtherment is a word) of crunchy peanut butter everywhere!

In my opinion, if you're going to eat honey, eat raw honey. It never spoils and pasteurization is unnecessary and kills many of the health benefits.

I've read where some's been found in the Pyramids that is still perfectly good to eat.

jelly is for children. grownups should eat jam, preserves or fruit spreads.

No, but you'd be able to get it all out. Maybe Grandma put it in a jar for a reason.:)

That is really a pretty good idea. Made me think of the good memories of my Grandmother. When we helped to clean out her house after she passed we found about 100 bread bags she had saved to use as bags for anything. Also about 200 rubber bands that she had saved from the newspaper every morning. Drawer of aluminum foil that weren't really dirty and could be used again. Growing up in the depression Grandma could find a use for anything and still give the best hugs ever.

I think we've lost a lot about how to survive and the value of money in the last couple of generations.

In my opinion, people who giggle and claim that their habitual tardiness is part of their charm and personality are just rude.

In my opinion, people can live without cable TV as long as they have an internet connection. I pay less for internet than a so-called "bundle package" that I neither need or want. Yes, you get 300 channels. You probably only watch a dozen or so of them. Plus commercials. Even DVR isn't enough to entice me back. Fuck cable TV.

So there!
