I read a post that says that newbies,
(sounds like a disease), don't feel welcome at this site. Well, I for one, felt welcome the day everyone began to jump down my throat because of a little misunderstanding that I had.
This place is just like any small town. It takes time to get to know the folks and to learn the "lay of the land". Didn't take me long to feel welcome once I began to gain an understanding of what this cybertown was all about.

I am sure I have a long way to go before I become complelely accclimated, but then again, I have been here less than a month. In that short time I have sensed a spirit of community that is open to embracing new members of diverse backgrounds. Ain't nothing wrong with that!

As for that poor soul who feels her/his posts are being ignored, maybe its your breath, or someything. Or maybe no one was interested in what you had to say. Or, who knows. just keep posting and see what happens.

Here, here. Just wait a while, keep posting, see what happens. Just, enjoy it.

Who is ned? And where is his wagon? Is he on it or off it?

Oh dear

Someone get Ned...call his sponsor. We have to help this man. That will really show our sense of community. Helping one of our own in his time of need!
:)

Ned needs another "e"

Damn, wish I had a spell check. I should never have bought this web tv thing, but then again, if I used the computer in my office I would never get any work done.

Hell, Welcome Anyways!

FlamingoBlue.

Just wanted to welcome you to the site, which I might add, is a great one. Glad to have you aboard, and I hope we have the opportunity to converse sometime.

I have enjoyed your posts thus far, keep em cumming... errrr coming...Did I say that outloud?

God, I have changed since becoming ummm....unshy....

Hugs Katerina :)

Hey, maybe we can have a benifit for Ned

Do you think that we could have a benifit for Ned to raise enough $ so that he could get another "e". We could have a kissing booth and lots of other fub stuff. Any ideas? We need to form a steering committee. We need fubd raisers.

Help Ned get another "e", PLEASE!!!!

I can't wait to hear about all the fub
(fun) ideas that I am sure will come to mind.

A Lesson

Ok Flamingo. A lesson here...

Now you are supposed, to say, why thanks Kat, I hope to talk to you too sometime...Thanks so much for the warm welcome my new friend....

Blue xox

When beautiful women such as I, respond to your threads, you must aknowlege them, *LOL* A lesson learned...perhaps?

*Wink* Kat

Dear sweet, beautiful Katrina...

I was momentarily stunned that such a
gorgeous and wordly woman like yourself would reply to someone like me. Being a naturally shy person, it took me a few moments to get up the courage to write back and the rest is history.

So, thanks for the hugs and the same, back to you.

I think you'll discover that your quote probably refers to SimplySouthern. At least that's how I've read it so far according to the postings.

S.O.S. to SS

I think Mensa said something about you
that may be defamatory. Check with a lawyer right away. I can see it now.
SS v Mensa.... There's big $$$$ out there waiting for you unless, of coure, Mensa is telling the truth. Nah. You're a sweet southern girl and they don't do anything wrong.

Funny, that's what I heard, too. I guess practice does indeed make perfect.

Did you mean Ned Beatty?

oh damn .. when i saw ned in the title i was going to make a joke too but you guys beat me to it .. ok .. well i'll tell my joke anyway .. but man it loses impact now LMAO ..

I always thought the Flamingo was hetrosexual .. now here he is looking for some damn Ned for his wagon ..

and you know what i think maybe it's more like a Peyton Place here ..

and oh yea sure Flamingo .. Kat you call beautiful .. *which she totally is don't get me wrong* ... while others remain merely attractive. LMAO

Stop the insanity

People, PLEASE, stop with the newbie stuff, I was just mad that day, and now i'm over it, so you can all stop with the sarcastic type of threads. I am happy with this place now, so I won't be complaining anymore...you are all saved from my, as lasher called it, "whining".

Mensa ~

My feelings are truly hurt. I can't believe you would say such a thing about me. Although some people here (I won't mention any names LUV DOC) would love to tarnish my reputation, those that know me well can see through that. I am a sweet innocent lil' (sorry...had to use it)southern girl.

If you have any further defamatory remarks to make about my charachter, I suggest you take them up with my counsel..Blue, who cares about his clients. You'll be hearing from us, Pal. If you aren't quite careful we may even have to get the lovely-ball-busting Siren in on this...and let me tell 'ya, she is one tough cookie!

Hey Izzy:

All women are beautiful to me. They are like flowers. Attrctive, however, I save for a select few.

By the way, Ned was a mistake. I am over him. It was a fleeting relationship and I am still 100% heterosexual.

By the way, check out the story I wrote with you in mind. It tscalled the interview on the sex role BB. Thanks for the inspiration, even though you wouldn't apply for the job.

like two peas in a pod

Does Blue also visit his clients in jail? If yes, then my fears have been allayed!

Considering the fact that I have never heard Blue mention dealing in any criminal legal work, I would say the answer to that is no. Most family/domestic law clients don't end up in jail (save for the special circumstance)

However I assure you that visiting a client in jail, for the purpose of case interviews, is a common practice.

Hey Stormy

You should have seen what they did to me when I came on board. I offer you the same kind advice that I was given.
That is, keep trying. Actually, they were a lot harsher than that but in your fragile state I wanted to be gentle.

now flamingo i was never harsh with you and you know it darling ... your interview story is hot dear .. it was just the one sentence i objected to .. and i understand now there was no harm intended ... but just for the record .. so you know when you write any more erotica .. beautiful is much more complimentary than attractive .. especially when you quote the line "She was not beautiful". ... LMAO ... that's my opinion ... but hey i know we all fuck up :)

Miss Scarlett dear ... i am sure the Flamingo meant to put the "d" in lay as in "lady of the land" ... again i ponder ... "Oh what a difference a "d" makes" ...

i think you and I should tickle him showing no mercy until he coughs up the much needed "d" ..

i do declare :)

Sorry SS...

but I only handle divorce related matters. You will have to hire someone else to help you out. May I suggest that you and Mensa kiss and make up or do you think that was her plan, all along?

As an aside, Mensa, my clients don't go to jail ( unless they are held in contempt of Court) although , in many cases they would likely prefer the treatment there than what they get when they go thru the trauma of a highly conflictual divorce

Sadly, I have only been acknowledged twice. I feel very left
out and am almost positive that no one loves me here.
I'm positive that it's my breath. Maybe my spelling.
Not sure.

Isabella...

(Sung in tune) You are so beautiful to
me.... And so are you others, and you know who you are.

By the way, I thank you for your comments about my story. I really couldn't have done it without the help of the others who contributed to it.
