The bear in question, wearing only what the good Lord gave him (or her), sauntered into the backyard of a California home. There, the naked bear skinny-dipped in the family's pool. . .right in front of God and everybody!!

(This is not a canal for a stream or small river. This canal is enormous.)

How did the bear get here on the Cape? (Cape Cod, MA.) It apparently swam across the Cape Cod Canal, Jason Zimmer, southeast district supervisor
with the Massachusetts Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, told the Times yesterday. "Bears are very good swimmers and it could swim across the
canal without any problem," said Jason Zimmer.
