Wtf is it with people that have to drag their dog into stores. Some say service dog, but thats not always true. And on another note wtf is it with people that are pushing their seemingly perfectly healthy dog around in a baby stroller?

I have a dog, have had many since I was a kid. I know about them, how to treat them well, train them, as good as a person can get without being professional. I dont understand these things. I'd never do these sorts of things. Makes no sense to me at all.
