He gave a little chuckle at her promise of only a few hours.
"Sweet dreams then."
He didn't move from in front of the window, instead watching her leave the door open. He did want to go and join her, but he wasn't certain that he would remain on the same plane if she lost consciousness. It didn't seem to take her long to fall asleep and he faded from existence.
"Well, looks like that aspect was correct. Hopefully she won't freak out while I am gone. Resummoning should be easy as just calling my name. We'll see."
He knew he was just talking to himself, but that was something he had done often. He seemed to be floating in the white void he had first arrived in, so he stretched out as if he was laying down and relaxed. He did regain memories of his previous life, so he felt that might help him out in some way.
He closed his eyes as he did a mental inventory of himself, figuring out some of what he was capable of. His skill set seemed geared towards a mixture of close combat and magic as well, mostly shadow based. He figured he could make a good tank, but if she decided to go adventuring, the two of them wouldn't be enough. A third to round out things would be good, possibly some sort of fighter. It was something to talk with her later about.
It seemed the place didn't really have any way for him to keep track of time, so he had no idea how long it was before she decided to call for him.
