This so called trainer feels okay today. Helps to have a willing workout guy who will take suggestions. it was my spell that got us maybe exposed to the virus. So I feel out of it alot, what a bad year and now its cold too. Thats the first pic, the second is hoping everyone has warm and better Xmas and new Year. I can't help noticing how my trainer, even in her warmer holiday pose, is deliberately turning her back on 2020. My own 2020 has had its challenges, but as all can see, it can't be that bad when I have such lovely company at home.
