1. Embalm it and hang it from the rearview mirror of her car.
2. Dry it, inflate it, and use it as a Christmas bulb. (Maybe paint a Santa face on it or something...)

Remove stones - polish and string. Sell for lotz and lotz of money. Alternate with silver balls. Get fruit dehydrater - dry the actual organ, send to baby shoe bronzer and bronze. Send to Chip Foose to chrome for a hood ornament that goes on some doctor's rebuild.
