tonight a new episode of West Wing will be on. I believe this is one of the most dynamic, provocative series on television today.

Any more tv-aholics out there who have to watch their "shows"?

Gilmore Girls
Survivor - 2 hour episode finale this week whoo hoo... if Lex wins I swear I'll swear off all future Survivor episodes.

I've been watching Gilmore Girls, West Wing, Star Trek and Smallville oretty religiously. And I'm still somewhat holding in there with Friends and er. To tell you the truth, though, I find myself turning to the Discovery Channel more often than anything else.

I like Moesha, Steve Harvey, and Soul Train.

C-SPAN- when you're not feeling bored enough, or when you need to bone up on the arcane minutia of the inner workings of our government, or want to see an interview with the author of the nation's best-selling book on phrenology.

For you supafreak's there's C-SPAN 2. Prime Minister's questions from the British house of commons is one of my faves.

Brian Lamb for Eternal Ruler of the Universe.

didn't you forget Saturday Night at the Appolo? (sp?)

DCL - Gilmore Girls are great - and Bravo is beginning to turn me on more and more.

That sounds like the beginning of a joke. Moesha, Steve Harvey, and the Pope, walk onto the Soul Train...

Junkyard wars kicks ass. I could build some shit on that show, lemme tell ya. And I wouldn't be fuckin' around waiting till "You have one hour left!" to see if my engine from a crashed Honda CBX ran or not.

Idiots.

Battlebots is still king of the robotic wars genre. That Vince McMahon robot wars show is crap. Trust me, I know about this junk.

And, am I wrong, but are "Dawson's Creek", "7th Heaven", "Providence" and "Judging Amy" all the same show?

It's like that 80s juggernaut of "Silver Spoons", "Who's the Boss?", and"Family Matters" -- those overlit, underwritten, laughter-sweetened shows that all had the same "feel" of mediocrity.

I was watching a re-run of Leno last night

and Russell Crowe admitted to having an addiction to "Saved By The Bell" I knew I disliked him for some reason.

And what the FUCK is the whole battle bots thing anyway? Jesus. Talk about nerd-demographic tv. Something's seriously wrong with people who can sit and watch that show. Carmen Electra has gone downhill for affiliating herself there - well, um not that she didn't go downhill with her relationship with Dennis Rodman but... whatever.

Damn, my show's on now.

as a political scientist, I won't miss the West Wing. It's on right now, thank god I can multi-task.

What?!?! you don't like battle bots. I love all those robots kill each other shows.

Nope, I watch Dawsons and hate the rest.... the other three you listed a chick shows..... substitute Dawsons for Felicity and it would be closer.

I love the West Wing. It may end up influencing my college ways (Well, it would've until Josh said how much work he had to do ;) )

God, what a great show.

Oh, I also like wrestling, so I watch the smartest show on TV and the dumbest.

Also Bernie Mac is pretty good.

I'm with PC on Junk Yard Wars. I adore that show, though I preferred it when the two British hosts were paired up. I also watch the HBO series (Six Feet Under, Sopranos, Sex and the City), West Wing, 24, and the Naked Chef. Of course, since school started again today, my time is limited and I'll be lucky to catch more than a few episodes of any one of those shows.

I never miss The West Wing or Law & Order. Anything else doesn't matter.....

I've recently started watching West Wing and like it a lot (though still getting used to some of the "before I watched" to understand it better. I also enjoy Crossing Jorden and of course Sex and the City!
