Ponder random things.....
El Pollo Loco Chicken
1 c White wine vinegar
1 c Olive oil
1/2 c White wine
1 tbl. Oregano
1 teas. Thyme
3 tbls Salt
10 Garlic cloves; minced
1 1/2 teas. Tabasco sauce
Mix all ingredients and marinate two whole chicken which have been cut in
half. Marinate several hours in refrigerator. Grill chickens slowly until
done.

Do I need to make sure that the chickens are dead before I cut them in half? Just curious.
