Everyone says that about the other guy's senator or rep, but with 4 trillion dollars in federal spending that has to be spent somewhere, everyone wants their senator or rep to stay because of seniority at the feeding trough.

Term limits would make seniority less important.

Number 1 in education. (with the qualifier that they have been accused of cheating so we'll see where that lands them.
