The Walking Dead

No Andrea turned to and shot a walker, turned back shot another one and he fell on top of her, that's what T-dog saw, when they were pulling away, Andrea pushed the walker off of her.

No, see Cheebs was half-assed watching and has no idea what was really going on so what she says happened must be what happened.

Well, thanks for that but he didn't need to leave her for dead without knowing for sure. Did he give the others such details about all that? Nope. Sure didn't.

Why you gotta be such a royal twat and not just pipe in with other comments instead of trying to bash me left and right? Stop being a fucking cunt.

Okay, so they have a set rally point in case they have to bug out, and all of them want to go back and check before even getting to the rally point. Undisciplined idiots.

Then Lori freaking out because she can't find her precious little snowflake Carl, shouldn't you be keeping a closer eye on him to start with?

I hate Carl, how many living has his stupid actions cause to die now?

When engaged against Walkers, KEEP MOVING!!

How about filling up the bug out vehicles and keeping them filled up at all times.

Downtown Atlanta to Hershel's Farm.... somebody do the math on the mileage the Walkers had to get there on foot on the eve of Shane's death...

WHAT a coinky dink, eh?

They were never that far away from Atlanta and the zombies are going as the crow flies so it's even shorter. It's also not clear exactly how long. At least two days maybe more but two would be plenty of time.

No shit.
"Where's Carl? I left him totally alone again even though he always wanders off when I do that!"

Lori running around wondering where Carl is... yep, funniest shit ever.

:comedic time vs. zombie time:

I watched it the second time through because I decided to watch Talking Dead after...

Andrea shoots a walker in the face, it falls down on her, she goes down

meanwhile, the truck T-Dog is in is being absolutely swarmed by zombies.. he sees Andrea go down with a ghoul on top of her and she's not moving...

he's got a choice.. get out of the truck and get eaten to check the motionless body with the zombie on it... or get the fuck out of dodge

I would hardly consider that lying

the helicopter was the same one from Atlanta in episode 1 of the first season.. the farm is days away... but at this point, the zombies have literally been walking for weeks

it was summer when this started and it's close to winter now

yes, it was all very convenient timing.. but that's the point of television... dont go quibling at dramatic license if you accept dead people walking around

So, unlike my parents, when Lori finds Carl she doesn't chew him out. No 'where were you? We were worried sick! Don't you dare go wandering off!' No wonder the kid is stupid.

Batch, according to the comic series Carl shot the living Shane first and father Rick shot the "zombie" Shane. They reversed it all.

Wow, what a finale?

Way to leave Andrea behind and lie about it, T-Dawg. You fuck.

Thank you, Morcheeba.
I wasn't able to watch it last night. I'll have to wait till Friday to see it.

Also I better stop reading in this thread.

Carl's not stupid. He's ten. There is a vast difference and nothing he's done has caused any deaths. Stupid adults making stupid decisions have gotten people killed but Carl really hasn't done anything fantastically stupid, certainly not stupid enough to warrant all the hatred he gets.

I think in some way he is responsible for Dale's death. Not responsible enough to put it all on him, though. Had his mother kept a better eye on him he wouldn't have been wandering and egging the walker in the swamp on. Perhaps the walker wouldn't have gotten free then. Had Dale not been a moron and actually heard a zombie groaning and shuffling RIGHT fucking behind him, he'd be alive. Had Carl told someone about the walker he met up with, Dale would have lived. Had Rick set up regular patrols around the farm and into the swamp where walkers were known to get stuck, perhaps Dale's walker would have been shot long before eating Dale.

With regards to the walkers hearing the gunshot and turning towards the farm, I think they would have heard the gunshot that Shane fired as Rick stabbed him first, not the second shot that Carl fired to kill walker-Shane.

I think he is just a kid, and he thinks like a kid, but my problem is that he shouldn't be thinking like a kid. He has watched so many people die, and he witnesses the walkers in all their flesh mangling glory, and he carries a gun and is apparently a pro marksman somehow. By this point, even though he is young, the horror he has been going through should have aged him some, made him a bit wiser about wandering off alone. He should be more afraid and never be willing to wander off alone. Maybe he's desensitized and reverting back to normal kid behaviours, I dunno.

The brief glimpse of Michonne was pretty kick ass, though. I'm exited to see what her character does in the show vs. the comic. Love the armless, jawless walkers on chains she's toting behind her. So gruesome! Love that she wields a katana like a pro. Hawtness.

I'm pissy about having to wait for more episodes, but the addition of some new characters makes me happy. I was getting tired of the same old characters, and now they have killed even more of them off.

Any bets on whether or not angry Andrea returns to the group as an ally or an enemy? She's got to be pretty pissed off about being left behind, and she was in Shane's corner and now Rick has killed Shane.

Also I agree with the other posts about Lori. Why the fuck did she react that way when Rick told her how Shane died? Would she have preferred Rick let his so called best friend shoot him in the back and then claim her and her son and unborn child for his own? Like, hellooo? She's a moron.

His actions were directly related to Dale getting killed. He's a whiny little fuck that needs to get his ass ate by some zombies.

Can not wait till they introduce Michonne next season...she is bad ass.

The two zombies she keeps on chains that have no arms or jaws are her ex boyfriend and her brothers best friend. She was a lawyer who fenced in college and carries a katana.
