The Walking Dead

I knew I shouldn't have opened this thread.
We got season one on dvd over the summer and were hooked, now I'm wondering if season two is going to be worth waiting for as rabidly as we have been.

I think I will unsubscribe now so I can maintain the illusion.
 
Just got done watching it. Slow episode, but it looks like they are setting things up for an awesome season.
 
Why's Shane gotta be such a douche? Just when you start to like him despite him being a douche, he goes and does something douche-y again. Understandable but still.
In real life the kid would dead, too. That long with internal bleeding? Please.
And the dad sure does get around pretty well for having given about 75% of his blood.
I'm nitpicking. Not a bad episode really.
 
At least we had some good zombie action. The zombie who hung himself yet was still a zombie was a new spin, no?

Sorry fatty had to get eaten but it's survival of the fittest.

Now he has to wear fatties clothes. lol

That bearded fool....Dale? is still creeping everyone the fuck out.
 
i missed the first few shows of the first season, but if a Zombie bites you, you get turned into a Zombie? What about blood spatter? Seems to me, when they kill these things, there is blood everywhere.....

Shane is getting pretty creepy, though. I think I've said this before somewhere, but I really want to like Daryl. I think he's going to turn out to be an okay guy.
 
Regarding the kid they saved. Okay, brilliant plan, his own people think he was walker buffet, so they are going to patch him up and let him go. If he makes it back to his own group, he will be able to provide them all kinds of intel, what the farm is like, how many of them are on the farm, the bitching between them, and how many women to rape.

Since his own group thinks he's zombie poop, keep him and assimilate him.
 
Shane may be creepy but then I must be creepy because I fucking adore him.

I was applauding Shane's theory on it all back at the farm before he stomped out through the porch door.

Also, that other group of survivors the Philly boys were from must be close to that little town for them to hear gunshots and get there so quickly.
 
story kind of sucks now. I spoiled myself with the comics in between seasons.
 
If I was there, in between zombie killing, I'd be trying to get Maggie and Andrea in a threesome.
 
Glen is starting to get on my nerves. I liked him for a while but he's getting to be kinda whiny.
"Oh, I was only thinking of myself because I love you!" Boofuckinghoo. You're in the middle of the fucking zombie apocalypse. Grow a pair and shut the fuck up.
 
I've never been sold on Rick because he does make some really dumbass decisions. Has since the first episode.
Shane really is the smart one when it comes to doing what needs done but like she said, his presentation sucks and it makes him out to be an asshole.
Plus he's creepy over the baby and stuff. Let it go, dude.
