I think each 11th of September a special gathering at churches should be set in order. Combining a day of memorium with a day rejoicing our freedom would be the perfect way to honor those brave souls that perished in those tragic events. Heavystick celebrating and honoring the American way, with beer and hot dogs is a tribute that should make no one embarrassed. I'm sure those good firemen, police officers, port authority officials, and army officers would give each of us a hearty SALUD! from up above.

Technically it was created for those who lost in service during the civil war. Since then it has been used to commemorate all those Americans who have died in time of and as a cause of war, both civillians and servicemen.
