The Ugly Ducklings (Closed for Desperado 1089)

This time when Sam kissed her, Miri allowed herself to enjoy the moment more. She wrapped her hands around his neck and allowed him to pull her much closer than the first kisses they had shared only hours ago.

As they separated, Miriam met his gaze, studying his gentle brown eyes. She could sense his nerves, which surprised her considering he had only shown confidence since he started training her in the storage room this afternoon.

As he started speaking, Miri took Sam's hand in her own giving it a gentle squeeze, trying to return the confidence he gave her this afternoon in the back room. His words tumbled out so fast she barely caught them, but this time her full attention was on what he was saying. "Get to know", "Love", "Fuck" and "Girlfriend" all came through loud and clear to her, as she found herself holding her breath. When he was done, there was a slight pause and she recognized the familiar fear in his eyes as he waited for her to respond.

"Yes!" Miriam blurted out, beaming only taking seconds before leaning back into Sam, taking his face in her hands and kissing him deeply.

Sam moaned happily into the kiss, groping her ass as he did so before pulling away reluctantly. "Alright, fuck walking. I can't wait 20-plus minutes. Get on." He swung his leg over the saddle; the bike did have a sort of 'bitch seat' but he wasn't sure if she'd be okay with it. There were pegs to put her feet, at least. He buckled his helmet on and pulled an extra from one of his saddlebags, handing it to her with a smile.

Miriam climbed into the seat behind Sam, placing her arms around his waist. She pressed her chest into his back, enjoying the closeness of his body to hers.

"As long as you know I may be holding on for my life. I have never ridden any kind of motor or electric bikes."

"It's not that fast." Sam eased off at about ten miles an hour, slowly cruising along towards his apartment. He gradually brought their speed up to fifteen as he merged onto the street, then twenty.

Soon they were in front of his apartment building. It was one of the higher-end places just off of campus. He put his bike in one of the bike lockers in the parking garage and took her hand. "You ready?"

Sam was right and it wasn't that fast, but she still held him tightly and squeezed her thighs around his legs. She wondered if he could feel her heart beating against his back.

She looked up at the building as Sam put his bike away. The apartment complex looked vaguely familiar, but she couldn't remember why.

"You ready?"

She figured it was some kind of déjà vu moment, and shook it off as Sam returned and she took his hand.

"Lead the way."

She followed her legs jittery and her body buzzing. Miri subconsciously sensed that her life was about to change with every step she followed behind Sam to his apartment.

As Sam drew up to the door to the elevators, he brought her hand up to gently kiss her knuckles. "I noticed you seemed a little off when you first saw the building. You all right, babe?" Miri was the second woman he'd felt like he could use that name with, and it felt right on his lips. The elevator arrived but he held firm, not wanting to step inside until he was sure she was okay.

Miri held his hand a little tighter as he kissed it, and gave him a soft smile.

“Yes, just a weird moment of déjà vu. I feel like I have been here before for some reason and can’t place it. I’m good. All good,” she emphasized the second good to make sure he knew she meant it. She followed him into the elevator, eager to see where he called home when he wasn’t at the bookstore or classes.
