The U.S. is running out of bombs to drop on ISIS.

Hussein Obama bin Soetoro? Who the fuck is that, and why do you care?

He's somebody on the side of ISIS, huh? Is he your brother-in-law or something?

The U.S. is running out of SMART bombs, the kind which can hit their target with an error rate of less than 3 meters.

Since the U.S. is trying to kill only the terrorists and not the civilians who are being terrorized by the terrorists, it would make sense the supply would run low.

Contrast this with Russia who uses dumb, iron bombs to deliberately kill civilians in an effort to prop up the dictator Assad's regime. When one doesn't care who they kill, it's easy to have an unlimited supply.

After all, to Russians, life is cheap. Witness the 50 million Russians Stalin sent to their deaths and he didn't blink an eye.

Putin understands the true meaning of Terror, hence is dishing some out to ISIS. Obama does not.

Civillians and collateral damage go hand in hand with war. War is a dirty, thing which is why we used to go to great lengths to avoid it. Not so much with the advent of "smart bombs".

Now you can Make war and brag about keeping collateral damage to a minimum. That is a recipe for never ending war. Does anybody see a correlation between that and say the last 20 years?

Except Russia is not hitting ISL. As we've seen since the beginning Russia is targeting two groups: those who are opposed to the dictator Assad's rein of terror and civilians who support them.

Over just the past week there have been several reports of Russia airstrikes deliberately targeting civilians, particularly those waiting in bread lines.

As we have also seen since the beginning, Russian attacks are taking place where ISL does not have control.

Contrast that with the most recent U.S. strikes in Raqa which took out 32 ISL members and their equipment and wounded over twice as many. This from verified hospital reports.
