Becoming so self involved, mired down by the relationships problems, and not interested in your own personal growth. All these lead to failure to grow as a couple. If you can't grow on your own, you have little to bring back to the table. If you don't grow as a couple, you begin to drift further apart.

The more I think of it it all comes down to trust..even neglect is really a violation of trust...I trusted you with the treasure inside me and you wasted it. Is that not neglect.

You have to trust yourself as well as trusting your partner. That's the really hard part.

But the neat thing about love...it is sometimes just dormant not quite dead just resting waiting for the one who will feed and nourish it so that it can blossom and become the true beauty that it can be.
