The Times You Want To Have Your Cake and Eat it Too

Why did you have to start talking about cake? Where am I going to find chocolate cake at this hour?

Got one right down the road. But I'm not sure I'm getting the best part of this deal.

I baked one earlier this afternoon, actually... it's covered in chocolate fudge icing...

I prefer mine out of the fridge for some reason.

And its always best with a glass of milk.

I have one piece left. Rich, moist, sweet chocolate cake. The icing is real butter cream.

Want it?

Hiya, Ruby. ;) You're killing me here, you know that? I really am going to get cake now, on account of all you temptresses.

Oh come on, you think we believe that you're going to get in your car at this hour and search the city for cake?

You want what we have.

Admit it.

~smiles~ Hi sweetie.

I'm getting ready to head home anyhow. And there's a chocolate cake doomed to die before sunrise on the way. And a quart of milk.

And I always want what you ladies have. It's just the nature of things. :D

what about when you want the cake, but the cake doesn't want you?

I am not the biggest fan of cake. But, I am rather fond of soft, moist, sugar cookies with real butter cream frosting. I like to have them during the holidays, and eat them too. Even better, when someone shares them with you in descriptive detail, no less.
