When three young brothers —19, 20, and 21yo or so—find themselves cockteased hard by their dad’s new hot trophy wife—who at 23yo, is a girl young enough to be their dad’s new step daughter, rather than their own new stepmom—they start competing just as hard for her undivided attention and favors. It rapidly escalates, and in the process of coming out the winner, each is as willing to thoroughly cuck their dad, as they are to frame each other for being solely guilty of it! Will the new girl of the house tear the family apart? Or will the boys, and man, learn to share?

by "girl" I presume you mean a young woman over 18?

even if it has, it can be done in many different ways, especially with multiple characters involved.

So this is not the 'Story Ideas' forum but the 'Story Many (not so) Different Ways' forum. Who knew?
Gotcha...

the idea is to build on an idea, even if it starts out from something done before.
Remember that Shakespeare stole most of his plot ideas from prior works. It was what he brought to those ideas that was fresh which makes him the one that we remember when the earlier versions are so obscure they are virtually forgotten.

Which this OP doesn't.

Which this OP doesn't.
The OP doesn't necessarily need to do that. As long as there is room for others to join in, or build a story without necessarily joining in.

Taking the OP idea, here are ten questions each of which could lead to creating a different story, which if well written, ould be fresh. My math is rusty but I think that suggests up to 100 variants just from these (slightly less because not all fit together, somewhat more because the answers may suggest multiple sub-variants:
1. Do the three brothers compete for step-mom's attention (and the chance to fuck her)?
2. Does she have sex with all three, or just one?
3. Does this lead to group sex?
4. Where does the extra-marital sex take place?
5. Is the cheating a one-off or does it become an affair or three?
6. Is there a pregnancy twist?
7.If so, who is the father?
8. Does Dad figure out what is going on?
9. If so, what does he do?
10. As asked in the OP, does it tear the house apart, or do they learn to share?

not saying these lead to the best variants, and certainly they are not the only ones, but as I created the list in under 5 minutes, I hope you get that it illustrates how Story Ideas can work well. Just need to think positively, not negatively.
