The Thief.

Tarinia:

Her eyes widened in terror now. She could feel the strength of this man as his hand tightened around her throat. She looked at him, and tried to think clearly, but her mind started to fog up.

"He's over..." she said, before a coughing fit over took her. Her throat burned, and her eyes were watering. The edges of her vision were clouding over, and she couldn't for the life of her remember what she was supposed to say, or do.

Domitri

His hand clenched tighter on her throat, giving her just enough air to breathe, though barely. "Over where? Point if you have to!" he was yelling now, his impatience finally taking over, and his other hand clenched down even more tightly on her thigh, causing excursiating pain.......

Tarinia:

She tries to lift her hand, but the pain, and lack of air, makes her weak. Her muscels won't obey her, and she starts to shiver. She looks up at his face as it contorts into a monster in her mind, just before she slips into unconsciousness, and slumps against him.

Domitri

Letting out another heavy sigh, and pulling his hands away, Domitri let the young maiden fall agianst his chest. Grabbing her around the waist, he moved himself into the spot that she had been sitting in, and layed her over his lap, pulling her arms behind her back, he held them fast there, waiting for her to wake up. In the meantime, he sat and watched, looking down into the street, and over in the direction she had been watching, and waited..........

Tarinia:

She felt stiff... almost as if she was being held into place. Her head ached, and she could not move her arms. Frowning, she opened her heavy lidded eyes, and looked up. She could not place at first, the person who was above her. She looked at him, studying him silently for a moment, then opened her mouth. She was going to say something, but could not recall what, and closed her mouth again. She remained laying still, looking up at him with her wide innocent eyes.

Domitri

Feeling some small movement, Domitri let his gaze fall on the elven woman. "Well, awake are we? Good. Now, let us get back to where we were before. Tell me where Thildimar is......" he said, pulling her up, and positioning her, so that her back was to his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and held tight...........

Tarinia:

Tarinia let her weak muscels relax with her back to him, so she was laying completly against his chest. She sighs softly, and shook her head to clear it for a moment.

"He is down there. In that house. What... what do you want with him?" Her voice was shaky still, and made her sound and seem young, and vulnerable. She took in a deep steadying breath, and stayed laying against him. After a moment, she felt her eyes closing as she tried to clear her cob-web filled head.

Domitri

" I just want what he has taken, and maybe his life, I havent decided on that yet." Domitri said, focusing his attention on the house down below. "We will wait here until he comes out." Domitri said, his grip around her never loosening. His eyes focused on the door to the small house, and he waited.......

Thildemar:

"Come now girl..." Thildemar started to say as Jasmine fell to sobbing. "I... I'm sorry... Are you alright?" He asked, reaching toward her then shrinking his hand away as he looked upon her with an untrusting gaze.

Tarinia:

She blinked for a moment, then looked towards the house. It was strange, how moments before, she had been thinking the same thing. Now, she wasn't so sure. It wasn't his place, it was hers. This stranger had no right to do what was her families right to do! She fumed for a moment, then tried to sit forward, and tugged at her arms, trying to free herself.

Jasmine

Her sobs quieted as they must always do no matter the size of the hurt. She dried her tears on the hem of her ivory gown.

"No, I'm better but not all right. I have a disease, Thildemar."

Jasmine doubted he would even believe her. How to explain...

"A disease of my blood. I need to eat regularly or too much of a chemical will build up in my blood. The berries you gave me helped save my life. Thank you."

Thildemar:

"In that case, I can have some bread and honey brought if you need more..." Thildemar said calmly as he stood, extending a hand toward her and eased her to her feet, guiding her to the chair he had been setting in next to the fire. He pulled another hand full of the berries out and placed them, contained within a hankerchief on her lap. Then moved toward the door, opening it as he spoke. "In case you begin to feel ill again..." He said, indicating the berries. He stood in the door frame, looking back at Jasmine for just a moment then stepped out of the hut...

Tarinia:

She was still pulling ligtly against the restraining arms, when her eyes were drawn to the opening door below. She bit down on her lip, and looked at him. All the anger and frustration came back, and had to stop herself from cursing at him. So sure of himself. He had no right to be here, and she would make sure he would leave.

Jasmine waited several minutes after Thildemar left. She popped the rest of the berries in her mouth and went to the door. Opening it a crack, she peeked out and then slipped through the door.

Domitri

Domitri watched as Thildimar left the hut. "Come my little flower, it is time." With that, Domitri hefted her over his shoulders, and lept from the tree branch, landing in the spot were Thildimar had been minutes before. Straightening himself, he kicked the door open, causing it to break one of the hinges. Walking in, he closed the door, as best he could, and set Tarinia down next to Jasmine.

"Didnt expect to see me agian did you?" he said, his accent coming out. "Now, all we miss is Thildimar......and we will wait for him." Domitri said, a grin forming on his lips as he pulled his sword out and leaned against the wall so he could see the door and the two women........

Jasmine

The big bear of a man was back and Jasmine's heart almost stopped. She had watched him cleave the half-elf, Roan in two. The man seemed to kill without a second thought. Jasmine had to do something. Had to distract him. She couldn't let Thildemar be ambushed when he walked through the door. Not when he had stepped out to help her.

She was terrified of the intruder to be sure but he was human. A human male. That Jasmine understood very well. She had always been able to excite the desires of men and she didn't doubt for a moment that he would be an exception.

Jasmine twisted slightly so that the tear in her nightdress opened revealing most of her leg. She saw the look in the man's dark eyes when he noticed. That made her decision for her.

She rushed forward, brushing past the sword and pressing delicate fingers to the wound on his massive chest.

"Thank God! Are you all right, kind sir? I was so frightened when I saw that... that... creature do this to you. And then when he knocked you unconscious, I wanted to go to you so badly. But I was dragged off by my abductor."

Jasmine knew he would have an unobstructed view of the tops of her breasts. She pressed her luscious curves into his and ran a finger along his jaw.

"Take me with you. Please."

Her voice had taken on a husky throb. She looked up at him with her big blue eyes, her lips parted expectantly.

Please, let him kiss me. Let me distract him. For Thildemar.

Domitri

Domitri was taken slightly by suprise at the boldness of the woman. Feeling her press agianst him, the top of her breasts exposed, her finger running across his jaw.........

'NO! I cant let this happen!' he thought to himself, his hands moving to wrap around her arms. Squeezing tight enough to show his intentions, he said, " Woman.....if I wanted you, I would take you now....ravage you....as only a real man could...." he said, his breathing heavy. His eyes fixated on her breasts, he moved his head down, and ran his tounge across her breasts, slowly moving up her chest to her neck, and finally across her cheek, were he pulled her even closer to him, and roughly kissed her.

Pulling himself away, Domitri pushed her back, where she fell along side Tarinia. "You like that, no?" he said, slightly laughing......

Tarinia:

Tarinia cried out in suprise as she fell to the ground with the large man. Once we were pushed inside, she sat with a light thump on the floor next to this woman who was with Thildemar. She looked up at the man who had held her in the tree.

Her large eyes took him in, and then when this girl.. woman.. threw herself at him, her eyes grew even larger in shock. She had never known of any decent woman to act such as this.

Tarinia shivered, and looked away, her face a burning brightly. She tried to ignore the sound coming from over there, and closed her eyes tightly against the visions in her head. She could feel something weird, deep in her belly, and had no idea what was going on. She wondered if she might be sick. She held her hands to her belly, and looked up abruptly when she felt the girl land beside her again.

She looked at Domitri and could not understand any of what was going on, so she tried to understand him. His eyes were so dark, it was hard to know what he was thinking. The feeling in her belly intensified for a moment when he returned her look, and she pushed on her belly, hopeing that she was not about to get sick.

Domitri

Domitri turned his gaze toward Tarinia. "Tell me, my little flower, why do you seem to have such a distaste for our wonderful Thildimar? Did he leave you stranded on a peer somewhere?" he said, a mocking laugh bellowing out of his chest......

Tarinia:

She blinks in suprise, and looks down for a moment, then back up.

"No... he is responsible for the death of my brother."

Fresh tears came to her eyes, and she tried vainly to blink them away before this man saw this weakness.

Domitri

"Oh, not only is he a thief, but a murderer as well? Hmmm, this is all becoming very interesting indeed." he said, giving a toothy grin. "And what were you going to do waiting up in that tree, leap down and kill him?" he said, his eyes wondering first from Tarinia's curves of her body, then back to Jasmine's, licking his lips as he did so.......

Tarinia:

She shivered, and looked down, away from his gaze. She felt tears for her lost brother, and tears of humiliation as he mocked her. Why had she followed Thildemar in the first place, she asked herself. She could hardly do anything in rettribution herself. She was just a young woman, nothing more.

Thildemar:

After having collected a small jar of honey and some bread, Thildemar made his way back to the hut they were given for the night. He stopped at the door for a moment, looking it over curiously. He edged toward the door silently and listened. He heard a male laughing inside... "The russian... He followed..." Thildemar said coldly under his breath. He sat the honey and bread down and quickly moved to the far side of the door, taking the handle and jiggling it so as to make sound. Then... He waited.

Tarinia:

Startled, she looked up at the sound, and stared at the door for a moment, then up at the large man. She shivered, and shrank back, knowing what was to come.

Jasmine

Jasmine felt the frustration of failure acutely. She had failed to distract the intruder. Threw herself with all her charms at him and he had cast her aside.

Surely it was Thildemar coming through the door and he would pay the price for trying to help her. Jasmine refused to shrink back like the female elf, for that is what Jasmine presumed she was. She picked herself up from where she had fallen and stood up straight, preparing to help Thildemar in any way that she could.
