Depends on which one youmissed. I've seen all of these before, and know all ten answers -- or at least can defend my reasoning if the asnwer page is wrong. <G> (Number 9 depends on how tightly the boat is moored and how strong the mooring is.) The most probable answer is "Never"
 
I missed one of the most obvious ones. Number 4. Talk about a duhhhh moment.
